■ Regarding lateness and cancellations

If you will be late for your appointment, please be sure to contact the store.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your reservation time, your seating and all-you-can-drink service may start from your reservation time.

・Even if you contact us, we may not be able to extend your usage time depending on the subsequent booking situation.

If you do not arrive or contact us within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your reservation will be considered cancelled and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
